These terms apply when you use SakuKita. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
SakuKita helps you record and review household money. It is a record-keeping tool only. It does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not hold, move or invest money. Figures such as gold prices are estimates.
Give accurate details, keep your password safe and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be at least 13, and have a parent’s or guardian’s permission if you are under the age of majority where you live.
A household admin can invite members, who then see and edit its records. Only invite people you trust. If the admin deletes their account, the household passes to the member who joined first.
Do not break the law with SakuKita, try to reach other people’s data, disrupt or overload the service, or copy or resell it.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing period and what is included will be shown before you pay. Subscriptions bought in the Android app are billed and refunded under Google Play’s terms; purchases on the web are handled by our payment partner, which will show its own terms. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Your data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service. You can download it or delete your account at any time.
We work to keep SakuKita available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of important records. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the app.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut SakuKita down, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can download your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without taking away protections your local consumer law gives you.
