Delete your SakuKita account

Delete it in the app

1. Sign in to SakuKita and open Settings › Account.

2. Optionally choose Download account data first to keep a copy.

3. Open Delete account, type your email address to confirm, and choose Delete account permanently.

The account is erased at once and you are signed out on every device.

Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, email support@sakukita.my.id from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request comes from you and delete the account within 7 days, then reply to tell you it is done.

What is deleted

Your name, email, password hash, Google link, sign-in sessions, and every household that only you use, with all of its accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, gold and debt records, tasks and notes.

What is kept

Records you created in a household that other members still use stay with that household, credited to “Deleted account”, so their books stay correct. Database backups that already contain your data are erased automatically within 30 days.
